Facilitators and Assistants:

Facilitators and assistants distribute questionnaires to the attending and help fill them out by answering their inquiries.

The participant’s have the right to fill out the questionnaire on paper or use the electronic version.

Round table dialogue and discussion with participants that have the freedom moving between tables during the three rounds

First round:

Discuss the topic of networks and clusters.

Workshop Coordinator, Facilitators, Assistants and Project Management:

Direct questions and moderated discussion about:

–Collaboration Models

–Topics in which cooperation takes place

–Geography of Collaborating Groups and Value Chains in the Circular Economy and Practices

Second round:

Discuss circular, smart, green (environmentally friendly), and sustainable practices.

Workshop Coordinator, Facilitators, Assistants and Project Management:

Direct questions and moderated discussion about:

–Level of awareness, knowledge or skills of participants regarding circular, smart, green or sustainable practices beneficial to their business

–Explore the extent and awareness of the concept of low-cost readaptation

Third round:

Discuss the issue of proximity of places/sites.

Workshop Coordinator, Facilitators, Assistants and Project Management:

Highlight and discuss each of the following topics:

–Experience participants in sharing spaces with partners

–Their attitude/desire to reshape and allocate common spaces in an old building in collaboration with partners through LCARS

–Their attitude/desire to establish a creative studio/lab

–Determine/discover the attitude of SMEs and groups towards a location within the city centre.
